Without activation, Doc Regia runs in Free mode — no expiry, ideal for getting started. Activating a License Key unlocks the PRO or PRO Business features, higher limits, and PDF generation.
Available plans
- PRO — unlimited documents, PDF, auto-emails, multiple environments. Annual or Lifetime.
- PRO Business — all PRO features, domain-wide for all users in a Google Workspace domain.
- Lifetime — permanent access to PRO features, no renewals. Limited availability.

Step 1 — Find your License Key
The License Key is delivered by email after purchase, and also shown on the confirmation page right after payment. Format:
🔑 XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
⚠️ Note: The license is linked to one Google account at a time, or to an entire domain for PRO Business. It can be transferred to a different account at any time.
Step 2 — Activate inside Doc Regia
Two equivalent paths:
- From the sidebar — click the plan indicator at the top of the sidebar → paste the key → Activate.
- From the menu — Extensions → Doc Regia → Activate license → paste → confirm.
Step 3 — Verify activation
On success, the plan badge in the sidebar changes colour:
- 🟣 PRO — Purple
- 🟢 PRO Business — Green
- 🟡 Lifetime — Gold
The current status can be verified at any time from System Status in the Doc Regia menu.
💡 Tip: Your license key is tied to your Google account. You only need to activate it once — it works across all your spreadsheets.
⚠️ Note: License validation requires an internet connection. Only your license key is sent to regiasuite.com — no personal data or document content is ever transmitted.
