Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Doc Regia. By installing or using the Add-on, or by completing a purchase on regiasuite.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Add-on.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are entered into between you (“User”) and FIDES FABER MOTUS S.R.L., C.F. 14585740963 (“Provider”), governing your access to and use of the Doc Regia Google Workspace Add-on (“Add-on”) and related services available at www.regiasuite.com.
Doc Regia is a Google Workspace Add-on that allows users to automate the creation of projects based on Google Forms, manage files in Google Drive, and generate documents (Google Docs and/or PDF) from form responses. The Add-on operates entirely within Google’s infrastructure via Google Apps Script and Google APIs.
The Add-on is available in the following plans: Free, Pro, and Pro Business. The features available for each plan are described on the official pricing page at regiasuite.com/pricing.
To use the Add-on, you must have an active Google or Google Workspace account. You are solely responsible for the security of your account and for all activities carried out through the Add-on within your Google environment. The Provider has no access to your Google account credentials.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to install and use the Add-on solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with Google’s policies and applicable law.
You may not sublicense, resell, or otherwise transfer your right to use the Add-on to any third party. Each paid licence is issued for a single Google account as specified at the time of purchase.
Paid plans are purchased exclusively through www.regiasuite.com. Upon successful payment, a licence key is generated and delivered to the email address provided at checkout. The licence key must be entered in the Doc Regia Add-on to activate the purchased plan. Each licence key is valid for a single Google account email specified at the time of purchase and cannot be transferred to a different account without contacting support.
Paid plans are offered as annual licences valid for 365 days from the date of activation. At the end of the licence period, access to paid features will revert to the Free plan. Renewal is not automatic unless explicitly configured by the User.
Where a “Lifetime” licence is offered, this means a one-time payment granting access to the purchased plan for as long as the Provider actively maintains the Add-on, with a minimum guaranteed period of 3 years from the date of purchase. In the event of discontinuation, Lifetime licence holders will receive at least 60 days’ advance notice. See Section 11 for full details on discontinuation.
Purchases are processed by the Merchant of Record (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which manages refunds in accordance with its own policy and applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase directly to the Merchant of Record via the support link in your order confirmation email.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase to support@regiasuite.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Refunds are granted in full within this window, regardless of whether the licence key has been activated. The Provider will process the request through Paddle.com Market Ltd.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as Merchant of Record. As Merchant of Record, Paddle is the legal reseller of Doc Regia paid plans and assumes full responsibility for the transaction, including billing, invoicing, tax compliance, and payment data security. The Provider does not collect or store payment card data. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By using the Add-on, you represent and warrant that:
- Your use of the Add-on does not violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- You will not use the Add-on to send spam, unsolicited communications, or illegal content via Gmail or any other Google service.
- You are the rightful owner of, or have the necessary permissions to process, the data collected through your Google Forms and used within the Add-on.
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of the Add-on.
- You will not use the Add-on to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of Google’s services.
- You will not share, resell, or distribute your licence key to third parties.
Doc Regia operates entirely on Google’s infrastructure. The Provider does not control Google’s services, APIs, or policies. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Add-on in the event of:
- Google API outages, changes, deprecations, or policy updates.
- Changes to Google Workspace that affect Add-on functionality.
- Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
The Provider will make reasonable efforts to update the Add-on in response to material changes in Google’s platform. However, such updates cannot be guaranteed within any specific timeframe.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Data loss: the Provider is not responsible for any data loss, accidental deletion of files in Google Drive, or document generation errors resulting from the use of the Add-on.
- Service interruptions: as the Add-on depends entirely on Google APIs and infrastructure, the Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by Google’s systems or policy changes.
- Indirect damages: the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Add-on, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Aggregate liability: in any case, the Provider’s total liability to the User shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the Add-on in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Italian or EU consumer protection law.
Data processing by the Add-on is carried out in accordance with the Doc Regia Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Doc Regia does not store the content of your documents or form responses on any server external to your Google environment.
The Add-on, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is the exclusive property of FIDES FABER MOTUS S.R.L. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to the User. The User is granted only the limited licence described in Section 3.
All content created by the User through the Add-on (documents, files, form responses) remains the property of the User.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the date of the last update indicated at the top. For material changes, the Provider will make reasonable efforts to notify active users via email or within the Add-on interface. Continued use of the Add-on after publication of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Provider reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, or terminate the Doc Regia Add-on at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to business closure, changes in Google’s platform, or strategic decisions. In the event of planned discontinuation, the Provider will endeavour to provide at least 30 days’ advance notice to registered users via email, and at least 60 days’ advance notice to Lifetime licence holders. Upon discontinuation, all licences — including annual and Lifetime licences — will cease to function. The Provider shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from the discontinuation of the Add-on beyond what is expressly provided in these Terms. By using the Add-on and purchasing any licence, the User acknowledges and accepts this risk.
You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it from your Google Workspace account and revoking its OAuth permissions. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Add-on, without refund, in the event of violation of these Terms or misuse of the licence system.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan (Tribunale di Milano), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable EU law or the right of consumers in other jurisdictions to rely on the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

All data collected through Google Forms created or managed with Doc Regia — including form responses, generated documents, and any files stored in the project’s Drive folders — is entirely under the responsibility of the User who collects it.
The Provider does not access, monitor, back up, or retain any User data. Doc Regia operates exclusively within the User’s Google environment and does not transmit or store data on external servers.
The Provider shall not be held responsible, under any circumstances, for the loss, corruption, accidental deletion, or unauthorised access to User data, whether caused by manual operations performed outside the Add-on’s panels, by Google service disruptions, or by any other cause.
It is the User’s sole responsibility to maintain adequate backups and to manage all collected data conscientiously and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR where applicable.
