No. Each license key is tied to a single Google account. If you need to cover multiple users in the same organisation, the PRO Business plan covers all users in your Google Workspace domain under a single flat license.
What happens when my annual license expires?
When your annual license expires, Doc Regia automatically downgrades to the Free plan. Your projects, templates, and generated documents remain intact in Google Drive — nothing is deleted. You can renew your license at any time to restore PRO features.
Is the Lifetime license really lifetime?
Yes. The Lifetime license is a one-time payment that gives you permanent access to all PRO features with no recurring charges. It also includes all future updates as long as the PRO plan exists.
