System Status
The System Status panel lets you check the overall health of the add-on at any time: whether the automatic trigger is active, when the last generation ran, how many environments and projects you have set up, and which plan is currently active.
How to open the panel
- Open the Google Sheet connected to Doc Regia
- From the top menu, go to Doc Regia → Advanced → System Status
- A dialog will open showing all diagnostic information
What the panel shows
The panel is organised into four sections:
- Permissions — shows the status of the authorisations granted to Doc Regia (SpreadsheetApp, ScriptApp, Drive API, FormApp). If you see a green checkmark ✅ next to each item, everything is in order
- Automatic Trigger — shows whether the automatic trigger is active and running every hour to generate project responses, and how much time has passed since the last automatic generation
- Plan — the subscription plan currently active (Free, PRO Personal, PRO Business)
- Environments — the number of environments in use out of the total available on your plan, the name of the active environment, and the number of projects configured within it
💡 Tip: open the System Status whenever you notice unusual behaviour: in most cases, a quick look at the trigger and the permissions is enough to figure out where the problem is coming from.
Free plan counters
If you are on the Free plan, the System Status panel also shows two additional counters that help you keep track of the monthly limits:
- Document generations — how many of the 20 monthly generations have been used
- Returns — how many of the 20 monthly returns have been used
When either counter hits the limit, the corresponding feature is blocked until the monthly reset. The panel shows the date on which the counters will be reset, so you know exactly when you will be able to resume using the add-on without limits.
💡 Tip: if the counters are getting close to the limit and you need to keep generating documents, you can upgrade to a PRO plan directly from regiasuite.com and the new limits become active right away.
