Cache and Data Refresh
Doc Regia is designed to update in real time, but in some cases Google keeps previous data in its internal cache, causing a brief delay before changes become visible in the interface.
What can happen
- You created a new environment, but the sidebar still shows the previous list
- You modified project or environment data, but the open panel still displays the old values
- You renamed an environment by changing the sheet name, but the sidebar or panel continues to show the previous name
Why it happens
This is not a Doc Regia malfunction. Google temporarily stores some data in an internal cache, and in certain situations the interface may not immediately reflect the changes you just made. The delay usually resolves itself within a few minutes.
What to do
- A Refresh button is always available in the sidebar and panels: click it to force the loading of updated data
- If the data is still not up to date after refreshing, reload the spreadsheet page and restart Doc Regia from the menu
- In some cases — for example after renaming an environment — the full update may take a few minutes
