Documents are not being generated
If form responses are coming in but no documents are being created:
- Check that the Responses toggle is ON for your project in the Projects panel
- Check that the hourly trigger is active — go to Extensions → Doc Regia → Advanced to verify trigger status
- Try generating manually via Manage generation to see if there is an error
- Make sure the Google Doc template is still accessible and has not been moved or deleted from Drive
💡 Tip: The trigger runs once per hour. If you need documents immediately, always use Manage generation to trigger manually.
