Blank sidebar
Most issues with Doc Regia are caused by common Google Workspace Add-on behaviours — cache, stuck states, or browser quirks — and can be resolved in a few steps.
The sidebar is blank or not loading
This is the most common issue with Google Workspace Add-ons. The sidebar loads an HTML interface inside Google Sheets and can get stuck due to browser cache.
- Close the Doc Regia sidebar
- Go to Extensions → Doc Regia → Open Doc Regia to reopen it
- If it is still blank, hard-refresh the Google Sheets page with Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows)
- If the problem persists, clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload
