All data collected through forms generated with Doc Regia is entirely under the responsibility of the user who collects it. Doc Regia bears no responsibility for the maintenance, preservation, or loss of such data.
Doc Regia is designed to be used exclusively through its panels. Sheets, Forms, Documents, and Drive folders are managed automatically by the add-on. Any operation performed manually outside the panels can corrupt your data or cause irreversible loss.
DO NOT restore the spreadsheet to a previous version.
Version history will break the sync between the sheet, forms, and generated documents. The damage cannot be recovered.
DO NOT view, edit, or delete hidden tabs.
Hidden tabs contain essential internal data. Corrupting them by editing or deleting them will corrupt the project.
DO NOT share the Doc Regia spreadsheet or the environment folder with colleagues.
Doc Regia will not work for other users, even if they belong to the same Google Workspace domain. Due to technical limitations, the add-on can only open and manage files it has created for the account that installed it. Shared access will result in errors and broken functionality. The document sharing features available within the add-on’s panels work as expected.
DO NOT rename tabs or create new ones.
Doc Regia identifies tabs by their exact name. Any change to the tab structure will break the add-on.
DO NOT write or paste anything into cells.
Every cell is managed by Doc Regia. Writing in any cell — including the main background sheet — can corrupt formulas and automations. If something is not working, use the Support tools inside the add-on.
DO NOT paste URLs into the file picker.
The picker only works by manually selecting files from your Drive. The add-on can only access files it has generated or files you select through the picker.
DO NOT delete files or folders manually from Google Drive.
Doc Regia tracks every folder, form, template, and document through internal references. Deleting any element manually will damage the project. Always use Delete, Move, and Archive from the add-on’s panels.
DO NOT move files or folders manually in Google Drive.
Doc Regia relies on specific file locations. Manually moved files will no longer be found or managed by the add-on.
DO NOT delete the Doc Regia spreadsheet from Google Drive.
The spreadsheet is the core of the environment. Deleting it destroys everything — projects, configurations, and references — with no possibility of recovery.
DO NOT use the Data switch unless you want to delete everything.
Turning the Data switch OFF permanently deletes all responses and all generated documents for that project. The action is irreversible. Use it only to completely empty a project and start fresh at a later time.
