Nothing works — full reset
If the add-on is completely unresponsive:
- Go to Extensions → Manage add-ons in Google Sheets
- Disable Doc Regia, wait 30 seconds, then re-enable it
- Hard-refresh the page and reopen the add-on
If the issue persists after a full reset, contact support via Extensions → Doc Regia → Help & Support and use the Send to support button in the System Status panel to send a diagnostic report.
