Is Doc Regia free?
Yes. Doc Regia has a permanent Free plan that never expires — no trial period, no credit card required. The Free plan includes 1 environment, 3 projects, and up to 20 document generations per month, though some advanced features are only available with a PRO license. Upgrade to PRO or PRO Business when you need more.
Does Doc Regia work with personal Google accounts?
Yes. Doc Regia works with both personal Google accounts and Google Workspace accounts. However, some features — such as locking Chromebooks to a specific URL during a test — require a Google Workspace for Education account managed by an IT administrator.
How many projects can I create?
On the Free plan you can create up to 3 projects per environment. On PRO and PRO Business the number of projects is unlimited.
Can I use Doc Regia without Google Forms?
No. Doc Regia is built around Google Forms — the form is the data source that triggers document generation. However, you can import an existing form you have already created on Google Forms and sync it into Doc Regia without rebuilding it from scratch.
